Description and Requirements

The Sr. Specialist for North America Events owns execution and coordination of high-visibility event programs, translating defined strategies into action and serving as the day-to-day execution lead. This individual will have a focus on channel activations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead logistics and execution for pillar and program-level events
Coordinate vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Manage run-of-show development, timelines, and on-site operations
Own POE and post-event documentation and reporting
Lead executional communications and cadence calls
Track budgets and identify execution risks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
5+ years of experience in event management, marketing operations, or related fields
Demonstrated experience managing logistics-heavy events
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Ability to apply judgment in resolving non-routine issues

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with customer hospitality, B2B events, or sponsorship activations
Comfort interfacing with senior leaders and external partners
Knowledge of and/or experience with channel

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 30%
