Client Details

Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects valued between $5M-$20M
  • Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Perform quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive pricing models
  • Solicit, review, and qualify subcontractor bids and proposals
  • Identify scope gaps, risks, and coordination issues during preconstruction
  • Maintain cost databases and detailed Excel tracking models
  • Support proposal preparation, bid submissions, and client communications

Profile

  • 3-5 years of estimating or preconstruction experience within commercial construction
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, scopes, and technical drawings
  • Proven experience estimating projects across multiple trades
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with construction software platforms (e.g., Procore) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractor relationships
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
