Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Operations Lead to join our ERP Center of Excellence (COE) and play a key role in enterprise ERP migrations and harmonization efforts across multiple business units.
This role serves as the functional authority for Operational and Shop Floor execution capabilities within Infor CloudSuite Industrial SaaS, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Planning, Factory Track, and Warehouse Mobility. This role is responsible for driving standardization, governance, and scalable solutions as business units migrate from legacy ERP systems into the CSI platform. The position partners closely with Operations leadership, business unit stakeholders, and IT to ensure successful migrations while maintaining operational continuity and financial integrity.
What Youll Do
ERP COE Leadership & Governance
ERP Migrations
Act as the Operations functional lead for ERP migrations of business units into CloudSuite Industrial SaaS.
Lead operational discovery and future-state design covering:
Manufacturing processes
Inventory and warehouse execution
Shop floor data collection
Own migration activities related to:
Items, BOMs, routings, work centers, and resources
Inventory balances, locations, and warehouses
Factory Track configurations and transaction mappings
Support testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization, including Factory Track and Warehouse Mobility scenarios.
Create reusable migration templates, checklists, and playbooks for future rollouts.
