Project/Program Management, Communication Skills,
- 5+ years of project management experience in environmental, demolition, construction, or related industries
- Experience managing projects from estimating through closeout
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction project management processes and documentation
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Experience in environmental remediation or specialty contracting
- OSHA certification or similar industry training
- Manage environmental projects from estimating and bid submission through project completion and closeout
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment
- Maintain strong communication with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Track project costs, change orders, and job progress
- Assist with project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Support field operations and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain a strong safety-first mindset on every project
