QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of project management experience in environmental, demolition, construction, or related industries
  • Experience managing projects from estimating through closeout
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of construction project management processes and documentation
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

  • Experience in environmental remediation or specialty contracting
  • OSHA certification or similar industry training
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage environmental projects from estimating and bid submission through project completion and closeout
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Track project costs, change orders, and job progress
  • Assist with project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Support field operations and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain a strong safety-first mindset on every project
