This is afull-time position located in ourCosta Mesa CAoffice.DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES In this position you willPrepare andor review written communications and technical deliverables.Demonstrate and apply technical competence knowledge of codes and regulations and professional standard of practice to assigned tasks. Leverage understanding of technical scopes of work for assigned work and their alignment with overall project objectives to deliver quality assignments.Coach mentor and direct junior staff to ensure high-quality execution of project tasks including field activities and preparation of technical reports and deliverables while facilitating knowledge transfer for team development.Use developing skills to be visible in your discipline by giving internal technical presentations andor conference presentations and attending external networking events.Lead field programs construction and remedial system operation maintenance and monitoring tasks.Lead environmental data and technical evaluation and reporting tasks.Lead remedial action development feasibility studies cost estimating and permitting tasks.Plan and perform all work in accordance with company and client health and safety protocols.Demonstrate the companys foundational safety behaviors.SKILLSEXPERIENCEMinimumSkills and RequirementsBachelors degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.6 years of related experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills including verbally communicating and presenting project information.Desire to learn and grow in your profession demonstrate a positive attitude strong work ethic resourcefulness flexibility and ownership. Skilled in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS software.Experience with soil groundwater and air treatment technologies.Working knowledge of regulatory framework that is pertinent to the work.Preferred SkillsMasters degree in Environmental Engineering or related field preferred.Have CA professional registration PE - or can get it within 12 months of hire Design construction and operation maintenance and monitoring experience with environmental remediation projects.Association with professional organizations in field of specialty.OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and refresher updates.The salary range for this position inCosta Mesa CA is 95000 - 105000 annually. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education related work experience certificates skills and current market conditions.
