The Senior Enterprise Risk Manager protects and enables McKinstry's long-term performance, reputation, and growth by translating enterprise risk from framework into decisive action. This role leads the identification, prioritization, and management of the company's most critical risks — partnering with senior leaders to drive accountability, resilience, and informed decision‑making. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
