Chobani provides a relocation package for assistance.ResponsibilitiesLead small to large capital projects within an active operating facility, serving as the primary project owner from concept through completion.Assume ownership of projects already in motion and drive execution with minimal ramp‑up.Manage full project lifecycle including:Scope, budget, timeline, and resourcesVendors, contractors, and stakeholdersIssue resolution and risk mitigationExecute projects while balancing:Production continuitySafety requirementsCost controlSchedule adherenceSupport capital workstreams including:Blow moldingUHT / aseptic systemsFill/pack operationsProcess engineeringUtilities and raw materialsDefine project scope in collaboration with stakeholders and plant leadership.Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and external partners.Oversee execution and ensure alignment to safety, quality, and operational requirements.Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines; proactively address risks and issues.Communicate progress, decisions, and changes to key stakeholders.Ensure all project deliverables meet defined objectives and success criteria.RequirementsRequired Experience5+ years of project management experienceProven experience leading capital projects in a manufacturing or operating facilityDemonstrated ownership of full project execution (not just a support role)Strong decision‑making ability, accountability, and self‑sufficiencyAbility to work cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractorsPreferred ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)PMP / PMI certificationExperience in:Food, beverage, dairy, or regulated manufacturingPackaging, process, or utility systemsAseptic / UHT or blow molding environmentsCompensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this full‑time position is $121,000.00 – $190,300.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
