Role
The Senior Engineering Associate/ Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Science and Technology will be responsible for developing/ implementing and executing manufacturing processes for Century's cellular therapy programs. The candidate will be expected to receive process tech transfers, implement them into a GMP manufacturing facility, and be a hands-on operator for the Phase I manufacturing campaign. This role is also responsible for ongoing process development on these programs including bioreactor selection, evaluation, scale up and characterization. This includes designing and executing studies, analyzing data and presenting results under the supervision of a team leader. This role requires extensive collaboration with internal and external teams. The successful candidate will need strong scientific background, interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with other groups across organizations.
The expected annual salary range for this role is approximately $110,000 - $123,000 depending on experience and level of role ultimately offered. Additional benefits offered include but are not limited to an annual performance-based bonus (prorated by start date), medical, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401K plan, and 20+ days per-year of PTO (prorated by start date).
