This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working across the full product lifecycle—from concept and analysis to production support—while contributing to both new and existing vehicle platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop functional, reliable, and cost-effective vehicle components and systemsPerform engineering analysis, calculations, and design validation activitiesSupport integration and execution of component and system designs into vehicle platformsCreate and review technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and bills of material (BOMs)Evaluate designs for performance, safety, and reliabilityCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersProvide technical support to manufacturing and production teamsAnalyze and resolve engineering issues; communicate status clearly to stakeholdersPrepare technical reports, proposals, and presentationsMaintain accurate project documentation and engineering recordsMentor junior engineers, designers, or technicians as neededQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field3+ years of relevant engineering experiencePreferred / Standout Experience:Degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringExperience with automotive or heavy-duty vehicle systemsProficiency in CAD tools such as PTC Creo and WindchillStrong analytical skills with experience in system modeling and performance optimizationWhat This Role OffersExposure to full lifecycle vehicle engineeringOpportunity to work on complex, real-world mechanical systemsHigh visibility across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teamsPotential for long-term employment based on performance#J-18808-Ljbffr
