You'll help define technical requirements, conduct trade studies, evaluate designs, and drive product improvements that enhance performance, manufacturability, and production readiness.Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and suppliers to solve complex technical challenges and keep development programs on track.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)6+ years of experience in engineering design, analysis, and development of mechanical or aerospace systemsStrong understanding of full lifecycle product development, including design, testing, certification, and production supportExperience defining requirements, supporting compliance activities, and evaluating design alternativesAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manufacturing organizations, and suppliersFamiliarity with analytical modeling, CFD, structural analysis, CAD, engineering drawings, GD&T, and model-based definitionStrong technical judgment, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsInterest in aircraft systems, mechanical design, and manufacturingPreferred QualificationsExperience taking a product or system from concept through productionExperience supporting design transition into manufacturingHands-on experience with prototyping, testing, manufacturing, or engineering support activitiesFamiliarity with propeller systems or other rotating mechanical systemsApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet applicable export control and ITAR requirements.Interested in learning more?
