What you'll be doing...
Design and develop user stories by using Java, ReactJS, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Oracle and AWS. Define and propagate software development best practices with code reusability and automate design into the process. Drive an agile development mindset. Craft the organization's direction and facilitate its progress to align with the standard operating environment, modernization of application architecture and increased automation within the DevOps CI/CD pipeline. Develop practices that foster the growth of full stack developers within the organization. Develop communications to educate developers with varied experience. Work closely with business partners and product owners to evaluate criticality and benefits of new features and manage overall delivery expectation. Work as subject matter expert to translate user ask into detailed design solutions, to ensure all the best practices, security practices are followed. Lead medium to large size projects of medium to above average complexity. Work with Managed Services Vendor to allocate work, to track weekly/monthly deliverables, and assess time charging, vendor capacity spends. Drive efficiency and best practices in managing end to end delivery quality. Provide regular project updates to IT and business leaders including possible risks and remediation plans.
What we're looking for...
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer/Developer, Systems Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 4 years using each of the following skills: Java, Javascript, Linux, AWS, Sprint boot, React JS, PostgreSgl, Jenkins, Tomcat, Kafka, Git, and Spring MVC. In lieu of Bachelor's degree and 4 years of progressive experience, employer will accept a Master's or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 1 year of experience in the above skill sets. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you''ll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
