Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience with certifications)
  • 4+ years of experience in endpoint management and enterprise device administration
  • 4+ years hands-on managing an enterprise endpoint management solution
  • 3+ years PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
  • 2+ years managing endpoint security controls (endpoint security agents, compliance, ASR, baselines)
  • 2+ years supporting enterprise endpoints across at least two platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • 2+ years application deployment and/or Configuration Manager co-management experience
  • 2+ years supporting device autopilot provisioning and lifecycle workflows
  • 1+ year(s) experience using enterprise automation tools and AI for automation and reporting
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex endpoints, policy, and deployment issues at scale



Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in endpoint management and enterprise device administration
  • 6+ years hands-on managing an enterprise endpoint management solution
  • 3+ years application packaging and deployment (Win32, scripting, cross-platform)
  • 2+ years implementing automation to improve operational efficiency
  • 2+ years supporting endpoint compliance and security policy alignment
  • 1+ year contributing to documentation, standards, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience operating in mid-to-large scale enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Working knowledge of PCI-DSS, SOX, and HIPAA
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
