Serving as a trusted advisor within the Office of Human Resources, this position partners closely with university leadership and management to resolve sensitive workplace issues, protect institutional integrity, and promote effective people management practices across the institution.

As a member of the Employee & Labor Relations team, the Senior ELR Analyst provides high-level consultation, analysis, and project leadership across several core areas:
Employee Relations Consultation & Case Management
Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining Support
Employee Relations Programs & Training
Strategic Projects & Special Assignments
Qualifications
Bachelors degree and four years of experience in human resources or a related field or a high school diploma/equivalency and eight years of the same experience. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)
