We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to take ownership of CI/CD strategy, automation, and testing infrastructure for embedded firmware. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, improving engineering workflows, and working alongside talented firmware and test engineers, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

In this role, you'll:

Architect and enhance CI/CD pipelines designed specifically for embedded firmware development and secure delivery.

Partner with firmware and test engineering teams to streamline development workflows and accelerate product releases.

Drive DevOps best practices that improve build reliability, automation, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

Develop and improve automated firmware testing and validation frameworks for both new and legacy platforms.

Optimize testing infrastructure to increase quality, repeatability, and overall engineering productivity.

Support cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives, including IEC 62443 and related standards.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

5+ years of relevant DevOps or software engineering experience

Strong experience with Azure DevOps

Experience programming with object-oriented languages

A passion for automation, continuous improvement, and building scalable engineering solutions
