Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager from an electrical contracting background who has a strong interest in quality assurance and quality control across large electrical construction projects.

This role will work closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered according to contract requirements, schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the bidding process including pre-bid meetings, site visits, and proposal development
  • Review project estimates including labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment costs
  • Coordinate with project teams during preconstruction and project execution
  • Ensure electrical installation work meets contract documents, drawings, and quality standards
  • Support project managers in maintaining schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Monitor field activities to ensure adherence to quality control processes
  • Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and safety teams to ensure work is completed properly
  • Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, revisions, and change orders
  • Identify potential quality issues early and help implement corrective solutions
  • Maintain communication with clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders
