Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager (Sr PM) is responsible for the overall management and execution of turnkey electrical projects. The PM is also asked to support the sales team, senior project managers and regional manager during the front‑end sales process to ensure a seamless transition from quote into execution. This role requires 10-25% travel.The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you'll do:Skills and responsibilities include:Contract and subcontract knowledge and experience.Ability to implement project financial controls.Responsibility for project profit, loss, and forecast.Knowledge and skills to manage project scope changes.Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.Ability to create, prioritize and maintain project action item list.Ability to maintain daily/weekly progress reports.Knowledge, understanding, and execution of turnkey projects.Construction estimating and sales support.Ability to work with and manage design teamsAbility to improve subcontractor inefficiencies.Ability to manage subcontractor budgets.Ability to manage safe work environment and program which includes but not limited to job site safety analysis, rigging plans, environmental risk planning, job audits, confined space programs and lock and tag procedures.Strong customer service knowledge.Contingency planning expertise and knowledgeAbility to maintain accurate as-built documentation and punch-lists.Document control experience and expertise.Qualifications:BS or AS in civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.Minimum of five (5) years of project management experienceExperience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Scheduling softwareKnowledge of turnkey construction and electrical power distributionStrong computer skills – SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPointEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
