Job Description:
Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering and product development, including leadership of complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
  • Proven track record managing hardware, firmware, systems, verification, and regulatory activities from concept through commercialization.
  • Expertise in requirements management, risk management, design controls, verification/validation, supplier management, and design transfer.
  • Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, driving technical decision-making, managing schedules and budgets, and communicating with executive leadership.
  • Background in regulated industries such as medical devices, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation.
Education:
  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering required.
  • Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or MBA preferred.
  • Additional training or certifications in Program Management (PMP), Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Systems Engineering are highly desirable.
