In addition to motion/motor control, design responsibilities can include power conversion, power control/management, and a variety of other electronic circuits. Project assignments can cover full product life cycle, including requirement derivation, conceptual design, detailed design, prototyping, integration and test, transition into MFG, and product sustainment. As a senior engineer, technical leadership roles expand and can include R&D activities, mentoring and training, and supporting Business Development and Operations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
