Experience in design and/or integration of variable frequency power electronics is preferred.Collaborate with product management, software, chiller systems and compression engineering to define controls and motor controller requirements.Work with supply chain to identify suppliers to produce our control and motor controls solutions.Provide oversight of our control and motor control production.Insure code compliance is maintained.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering4+ years of experience in control panel design and layout, electrical component sizing and application4+ years of experience in insuring Code compliance is maintainedPreferred QualificationsMS or Ph D in Electrical or related engineeringProject leadership experience, preferredHVAC industry experience, preferredStrong communication skills, primarily in EnglishLeadership and teamwork skills requiredTravel: Less than 10%, International#J-18808-Ljbffr
