This position is based full-time at the Miami office and works closely with senior leadership and project teams to develop solutions that align with technical codes, project schedules, and client needs.Responsibilities Execute electrical design tasks for assigned projects, including layout planning, circuiting, load calculations, and system documentationIndependently review design work to ensure it reflects sound engineering judgment and industry best practicesPrepare technical calculations, design documents, and materials/equipment specifications to support system implementationContribute to construction drawing sets and remain involved throughout the design and documentation lifecycleCoordinate closely with project managers, mechanical and architectural teams to align design work with broader project goalsInterpret and apply relevant state and national codes and standards throughout design phasesManage design inputs and constraints to arrive at practical, code-compliant electrical system solutionsBalance multiple project assignments while maintaining quality standards and meeting agreed-upon deadlinesQualifications EducationBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.Work ExperienceMinimum of five (5) years of experience designing electrical systems in a professional engineering or consulting environmentLicenses & CertificationsEIT required; PE license preferredLEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification is a plusSoftware ProficiencyProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Apply now to submit your resume.
