This isn't just a job, it's a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the work of Electrical Engineers with the balance of a multidiscipline team throughout the entire project's developmentEstablish client relations, and participate in the marketing, design and production meetings with regard to electrical systemsAssume the electrical lead on many projectsParticipate in reviews with various governing agencies for code complianceConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at the project site in conjunction with the Project Manager, Project Architect and other disciplinesCoordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on scheduleTrack the financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed-upon scheduleWork with the Project Manager and Regional Controller for project reviews with corporate management as neededDirect the activities of other electrical engineering professionals, and act as a mentor to other staff members as neededPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasisExpertise in electrical design for water and wastewater treatment facilitiesPrevious experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm desiredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasisA minimum of 10 years experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems)Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
