With projects active across 40 U.S. states, North, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, C&C serves a diverse client base, including airport authorities, airlines, oil companies, and government entities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time position for a Senior Electrical Engineer located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing, designing, and generating concepts, plans and construction administration related to those work products in a strong and talented team that is focused entirely on our narrow and demanding market segment. This person must be a self starter that likes working together with a very talented and dedicated multidisciplinary team on each client project. Understanding standby power systems, SCADA, communications, and utility services located in varying locations is a key part of this position. Leading and designing distributed PLC processors can be a part of our larger projects. Effectively right-sizing of electrical systems is integral to the position. Building client relationships, internal engineering value, as well as stakeholder relationships will lead to stock ownership opportunities. The role also includes collaboration with multidisciplinary subconsultant or prime consultant teams and liaising with clients to meet project goals, compliance, and performance standards.QualificationsStrong expertise in Electrical Design, Electrical Engineering, and Electricity fundamentals10 years of experience and knowledge in Power Distribution and Power SystemsProficiency in interpreting multi-discipline technical documents, schematics, and electrical drawingsFamiliarity with regulatory compliance requirements in electrical engineering projectsStrong problem-solving, teamwork, and client-management skillsProfessional Engineer (PE) license in at least California and others is preferredBachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience in hazardous fuel systems environments and/or industrial facilities is a true plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
