Perform the following functions:
Design of electrical systems
Manage and design multiple concurrent projects
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings
Lead design team efforts
Manage project team for budget and schedule control
Develop fee and qualification-based proposals
Must be familiar with electrical/energy codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, NESC, IESNA, IECC, etc.)
Must have SKM, ETAP, or similar electrical modeling software experience.

Experience with lighting design is desired, but not required.
Experience with Telecom, A/V, Cybersecurity, and security designs is desired, but not required.

Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint software preferred.
Conduct marketing/business development activities.
Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.
Ability to travel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S) in Electrical engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering (required)
10 to 15 years of experience.
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
