Must obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret clearance.What You Will DoResponsible for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designs from conception to manufacturing.Create PCB, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA), and schematic drawings for suppliers.Perform schematic capture, component placement, routing of traces, and create Gerber/ODB++ files.Use Siemens Xpedition Enterprise and DownStream Technologies BluePrint-PCB software.Design Rigid, Flex, and Rigid‑Flex assemblies.Maintain full designs, re‑spins, drawing updates, change notices, copper changes, and process improvement projects within and outside own discipline.Interface daily with engineering levels and disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Components, Test, and Producibility) to ensure overall design requirements are met while considering cost, cycle time, and producibility.Qualifications You Must HaveDegree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and at least five years of relevant experience.Experience with PCB manufacturing or CCA manufacturing principles that affect circuitry and component layout, including RF-specific layout techniques.Experience with the electrical design process, including RF layout.Experience laying out Rigid, Flex, or Rigid‑Flex boards.Qualifications We PreferWorking knowledge of Analog, Digital (including DDR), RF, Power, and mixed‑technology boards with high‑density interconnect (HDI).Technical PCB design skills using the Siemens design toolset, including Xpedition layout tool suite, schematic capture, placement, routing, constraint manager, library tools, and BluePrint for complex PCB and CCA drawings.
