Design high-frequency magnetic components (transformers, inductors, chokes) used in power conversion systems
Work within typical ranges of 5kHz–500kHz and 50W–50kW+
Translate customer requirements into practical, manufacturable designs
Build, test, and validate prototypes in a lab environment
Work directly with manufacturing to release designs into production
Troubleshoot production and field issues, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support existing products while driving new design work
Contribute to continuous improvement in design methods, tools, and processes
Experience designing transformers and inductors from the ground up
Experience with SMPS topologies and power conversion systems
Exposure to electromagnetic modeling tools (ANSYS Maxwell or similar)
Familiarity with UL / IEC standards
3D CAD experience (Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.)
Track record of learning new tools and technologies quickly
Engineers who want to see their work built and used
People who are comfortable moving between design, testing, and troubleshooting
Individuals who prefer variety and ownership over narrow specialization
Practical problem-solvers - not purely academic or research-focused engineers
