Hiring Senior Electrical Assembly Technician for Davis, CA. In this role, the technician closely follows work instructions and interprets drawings, while utilizing dexterity, perfected soldering and crimping skills they assemble small components for product sub-assemblies. The senior electrical assembly technician assembles electrical harnesses and sub-assemblies for integration into deep sea remotely operated vehicles and manipulator arm. Salary Range: $31.43/hour - $42.52/hour Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without restriction. Perform high quality soldering on printed circuit boards and splice together 32AWG wires
Crimp terminals onto 32AWG wires
Follow Standardized Work practices. Performs highly complex electrical assemblies from detailed blueprints and verbal/written instructions with minimal supervision.
Performs inspections of electrical assemblies to ensure it matches assembly prints and work instructions.
Periodically performs engineering electrical prototype builds.
Incorporates problem solving and process improvements into work flow.
