Description

  • Manage the end-to-end eBilling process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely submission and resolution of invoices.
  • Maintain and update eBilling systems to reflect accurate client and matter information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies and system issues.
  • Generate reports and analytics related to billing and payments for internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client billing inquiries and escalations.
