<.>Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with deep expertise in CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, and Field Service). The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and leading client discussions, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
<.>Key Responsibilities- Lead functional requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and clients
- Analyze and validate business requirements and assess fitment within Dynamics 365 CRM
- Design and document functional solutions aligned with best practices
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Field Service modules)
- Prepare detailed functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication
- Lead functional design discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
- Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Provide best practice recommendations and ensure scalable, efficient solutions
- Collaborate with developers for customization and integration requirements
<.>Required Skills & Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Field Service
- Hands-on experience in functional configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and solution design
- Experience in requirement analysis, gap analysis, and fitment validation
- Ability to create functional documentation (BRD, FRD, process flows)
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
