Senior Division Manager, Admissions Services

Reports To: Group Director, Admissions Services
Location: 100% Remote

About the role:

The Senior Division Manager, Admissions Services provides strategic leadership for remote admissions operations across assigned divisions. This role is responsible for directing the admissions process, driving revenue‑generating initiatives, and ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Leading a team of Corporate Admissions Specialists, this position partners closely with divisional and enterprise leadership to achieve budgeted census goals, expand patient access to services, and strengthen referral review and new business development processes.

What you'll do:

  • Provide senior‑level leadership, coaching, and performance management to a remote corporate admissions team to achieve established KPIs and divisional objectives.
  • Drive strategic admissions initiatives that support census growth, patient access, and revenue goals across assigned divisions.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex admissions, patient access, customer service, staffing, or operational issues impacting divisional performance.
  • Oversee staffing models, scheduling, FTE utilization, and administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with documentation standards.
  • Partner closely with the Group Director, Admissions Services on divisional and enterprise‑level strategies, cross‑functional initiatives, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with onsite admissions and divisional leadership teams to improve referral management, operational workflows, and performance outcomes.
  • Represent the organization professionally with internal and external stakeholders and participate in corporate, divisional, and facility‑level meetings as required.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide oversight of staffing models, scheduling, FTE utilization, and administrative processes to ensure operational alignment and documentation standards are met.  
  • Represent the organization professionally with internal and external stakeholders and participate in corporate, divisional, and facility meetings as required.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Services field (i.e. Social Work, Sociology, Nursing, Counseling).  
  • 5+ years in behavioral health admissions 
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing people 

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: 

  • LVN/LPN 
  • RN 
  • LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.

Supervises a team of employees
