This role will have end-to-end ownership of the Prospective Program portfolio, including services, digital platforms, and provider-facing solutions. The focus is on accelerating growth, improving profitability, and creating a unified product and commercialization strategy across the prospective portfolio.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale the prospective product portfolio
  • Establish a unified roadmap, commercialization, and market strategy
  • Drive adoption of automation and digital capabilities
  • Improve provider experience, operational efficiency, and cost-to-serve
  • Deliver growth, retention, and productivity outcomes across the portfolio

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Senior product executive with experience managing large healthcare services and platform businesses
  • Strong background in payer, value-based care, risk adjustment, provider engagement, or health technology
  • Demonstrated success in portfolio management, go-to-market execution, and scaling complex products
  • Strong financial acumen with responsibility for growth, profitability, and investment decisions
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Comfortable operating at executive and customer leadership levels

Business Impact:

  • Supports projected 48% revenue growth over the next two years
  • Creates a single point of accountability across roadmap, commercialization, and market execution
  • Drives automation, workflow simplification, and operating leverage improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management and product execution experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading large-scale healthcare, payer, revenue cycle, risk adjustment, or analytics products
  • 7+ years of experience in portfolio management and scaling complex products
  • 7+ years of experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing product portfolios with significant financial accountability
  • Proven ability to lead AI-enabled product transformations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 - $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
