Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Marketing to lead growth for Microsoft's endpoint security and management portfolio-spanning Microsoft Intune, Windows Enterprise, and Windows security-at a moment of significant market and technology transition. As enterprises modernize endpoints, adopt AI-powered workflows, and face increasing security complexity, this role will define how Microsoft wins at the intersection of device management, security, and AI.
This leader will own end-to-end business performance across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio-setting growth strategy, shaping category-defining narratives, and driving execution across Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Partners. A key mandate is to unify Windows, Intune, Security, and Copilot/AI into a differentiated, customer-centered value proposition that accelerates adoption, monetization, and market share. Success requires both strategic clarity and operational rigor: identifying the highest-impact growth bets (including AI-driven scenarios and new endpoint experiences), aligning cross-company execution, and building scalable systems that deliver results globally. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the future of endpoint computing in an AI- and agent-led era.
Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
