    About the job

Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents a profound disruption and opportunity for Google. The DevAI team's ambition extends beyond mere acceleration. We aim to redefine the boundaries of the human/agent co-working model, ushering in a new era of software development.

The enthusiastic and very rapid adoption of tools developed by the DevAI organization has proven that high-quality, well-integrated AI assistance is eagerly embraced by Googlers, fundamentally changing how they work and demonstrating the power of focusing on quality. To realize the full potential of AI and a transformed human/agent paradigm across Google, this team is re-envisioning the "AI-Native" product development experience to bring the best products and features to market.

This high-impact work is conducted within the wider Core organization. The Core team is the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We own the essential building blocks-the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure-that drive the pace of innovation for every developer. As part of Core, you will have a unique mandate and opportunity to influence important technical decisions across Alphabet, with AI increasingly at the center of how we think and operate.

In this role, you will lead the Product Management team for DevAI, focused on leveraging the capabilities of Gemini and Cloud AI to power internal Google AI-driven operational transformation. You will partner closely with senior leaders from GDM, Cloud, and CoreML to drive significant Google-scale outcomes in velocity, cost savings, Googler CSAT, and risk reduction.

The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google's products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
