Establish milestone-based development plans, risk tracking mechanisms, root cause and corrective action processes, and continuous improvement practices to support on-time delivery.

Ensure cross-domain integration across hardware, software, FPGA, mechanical, and test cell infrastructure while owning readiness for validation, manufacturing transfer, and release.

Partner with Systems Engineering on customer engagement, high-level requirements definition, and roadmaps, translating requirements into executable development plans.

Build and develop a small, high-impact team while effectively leveraging broad matrixed resources across the organization.

Provide executive-level program updates, communicate risks and tradeoffs clearly, and interface regularly with CTD staff leaders.
