The Senior Director, PD Business Excellence is accountable for the development and roll out of key workstreams and processes that will support the acceleration of project delivery within the Engineering & Property Services Organization. This role will directly work with DRIs across five distinct E&PS Excellence Workstreams within PD, and support the implementation standards, processes and systems that will transform the ability of PD to execute capital projects.
This role is responsible for overseeing the efforts of five distinct workstreams within the overall PD Excellence effort:
The overall goal of the role is to elevate J&J to become the industry benchmark on end-to-end project development and delivery.
A suitable candidate for this role will have experience with main E&PD activities, including, but not limited to, Project Delivery, Engineering and Standards Development, Project Controls and Construction Safety, as well as project delivery knowledge and expertise.
Key role relationships require collaboration with regional/corporate E&PS teams, sector representatives, and other corporate J&J functions to effectively implement operational and governance related aspects across E&PS scope.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
173,000.00 --- 299,000.00 USD Annual
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
