Description
- Lead all financial operations, reporting, auditing, process improvement and implementation with involvement in HR operations, working closely with the CFO
- Lead and optimize operational processes within the property department to ensure efficiency and excellence - for a very large portfolio in NY
- Develop and implement strategic plans to align operations with the organization's overall goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across the department.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
