As the Sr. Director of Technology, you will lead our technology function, with ownership of IT, ERP, systems integrations, cybersecurity, and AI. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer, partner with the CEO on AI strategy and enterprise technology priorities, and serve as a key contributor to the senior leadership team.
This is a builder's role. We are scaling our business and the technology platform must be built to support that journey. You will bring order to our systems, strengthen our security posture, and turn AI into real operating leverage across manufacturing, sales, marketing, and the back office. You will accomplish this with a lean but focused, high-performing team.
Technology: ERP, MRP, e-Commerce, Marketing Technology, CRM, Microsoft (Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, SQL), AI Platforms, Cybersecurity, Machine Data Collection, Manufacturing Operations, and more.
