Motorola Solution's Video Security & Access Control Division is defining the future of the security industry through innovative end-to-end-solutions. We're changing the landscape of the surveillance industry through advanced award-winning AI based surveillance systems. Artificial Intelligence is transforming the world and our team is advancing the field as it applies to the surveillance industry. We are proud to be industry leaders in video analytics with products like Appearance Search and Unusual Motion Detection along with our cloud service platform. Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Engineering to lead a large and talented team responsible for large-scale security solutions serving millions of users. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to build the future of Video Security in a global platform. You will manage engineers across multiple teams and global locations, obsess over quality and customers, and oversee global deployments. You will be joining an organization with a strong commitment to innovation and a collaborative culture. We don't just want a manager, we want a leader who understands what it means to be a "human-first" engineering organization.

Target Base Salary Range: $240,000 - $275,000Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
