While each team member has a specific, clearly defined role, we’re all connected by a strong set of core beliefs:
Profit Drives Purpose – We believe running a profitable business affords us the opportunity to fulfill our professional and personal purpose in life.
Right Shell – We constantly need to be evaluating whether our processes, systems, and people are right-sized for maximum agility.
Own It – Everyone has a stake in the company and, therefore, is responsible for their performance.
Fellowship Matters – We believe there is power and connection in being present in the same physical space.
Live in Truth – We’re committed to winning the right way. Call it like it is. No sugar coating.
Action Over Words – Words are important, but 1000 words get trumped by 1 intentional action.
Build to Last – We’re building this company to last and withstand the test of time.
ABOUT THE ROLE (Onsite - Alpharetta, GA)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Define and own the growth strategy for DTC and marketplace channels, aligning acquisition, retention, and monetization goals with company OKRs.
Lead performance marketing across paid social, search, programmatic, CTV, and affiliate channels; set budget allocation and optimize toward CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
Design and run a rigorous experimentation program (A/B and multi-variant tests) across creative, acquisition funnels, pricing, and onboarding flows to improve conversion and lifetime value.
Build and scale end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, retention, winback, reactivation) leveraging email, SMS, push, and in-app communications.
Partner with Marketplace Ops and Product to grow both supply and demand—improving activation, utilization, and marketplace balance while protecting unit economics.
Establish and measure core growth KPIs, build dashboards and reporting cadence, and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a cross-functional growth team including performance marketers, lifecycle specialists, data analysts, and creative partners.
Manage agency and vendor relationships to amplify capabilities while ensuring performance accountability and cost efficiency.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to prioritize growth projects and ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with privacy and ad platform policies, and implement best practices for tracking, attribution, and data governance.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of growth, performance, or digital marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role scaling DTC and/or marketplace businesses.

Strong analytics skills with experience using BI tools and experimentation platforms; proficient in SQL and comfortable working with data teams to attribute impact and model LTV/CAC.
Demonstrated success growing two-sided marketplaces or platform businesses—knowledge of marketplace dynamics, unit economics, and supply growth levers required.

Excellent communication skills with experience presenting growth plans and results to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
Data-driven, test-first mindset with strong judgment for prioritization and trade-offs.
