Senior Director of FP&A

Kforce is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Director of FP&A in the Saint Louis, MO area.

Summary: This individual will work closely with executive leadership to shape strategic direction and support long-term growth initiatives. The role is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as capital allocation and financial performance management, ensuring insights are translated into clear, actionable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership to support decision-making and growth initiatives
• Develop and enhance financial models, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to drive actionable insights
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support cost optimization
• Support executive and board-level reporting, including capital planning and allocation
• Oversee treasury, risk management, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering strong analytical and accountability standards
