Education
- Preferred: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Preferred: A Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or a Master of Arts in Theological Studies/Christian Ministry.
Experience
- Total Experience: 7-10+ years of vocational ministry experience.
- Specific Experience: At least 3-5 years in a "Leader of Leaders" capacity
- Proven track record in Small Group Ministry (scaling a groups system)
