DescriptionThe Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing will: Lead and execute a multi-site manufacturing strategy that aligns with company growth and customer demand. Establish and drive performance metrics (KPIs) such as OEE, yield, throughput, and on-time delivery to enable continuous improvement. Implement standardized operating processes across locations to ensure scalability and consistency. Oversee production planning, scheduling, and capacity management to meet business objectives. Build and develop strong leadership teams while fostering a culture of operational excellence and accountability. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive integrated execution and solve complex challenges. Lead capacity expansion initiatives, including new program launches and scaling operations to support future growth. ProfileThe successful Senior Director of Advanced Manufacturing should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success leading multi-site manufacturing operations in complex or regulated industries.Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting, cost management, and ROI analysis. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making (Epicor experience a plus). Strong change management and transformation leadership skills, with the ability to drive large-scale operational improvements.
