The Sr Director serves as Ascentria's senior leader and representative in New Hampshire, responsible for advancing organizational strategy, strengthening community impact, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring operational excellence across the state's programs and services.
Working collaboratively with executive leadership, program directors, and shared-service teams, the State Director provides strategic oversight of New Hampshire operations while serving as the primary connector between enterprise priorities and local implementation. The role oversees state-specific programs directly and exercises influential leadership across multi-state programs through partnership, coordination, and dotted-line relationships.
The Senior Director serves as a champion for Ascentria's mission in New Hampshire, cultivating relationships with government agencies, funders, community partners, employers, and advocacy organizations while ensuring programs operate effectively, sustainably, and in alignment with organizational goals.
