The role: Entegris is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director, Market and Technical Solutions (MTS) Leader - Fluid Management and Instrumentation (FM&I) based in North America. The MTS leader will lead a global team of business development professionals who support product marketing, sales, and product management functions in achieving their objectives. This role requires a seasoned, globally minded leader with broad experience including growing and converting a sales pipeline of business opportunities, identifying new white spaces, monitoring competitors, and supporting key supply chain changes. Their team will be responsible for serving as a vital 'bridge' between the business unit and the markets in which it plays.
What you'll do: Lead a global team of business development professionals who also serve as the 'eyes and ears' of the business by keeping a pulse of evolving regional industry trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics and market opportunities
Translate business strategies into aggressive sales pipeline targets and support revenue conversion
Support product marketing in developing detailed regional market maps including direct and end-customer demand as well as competitor share
Support Sales in communicating critical product change notification (PCNs) and value propositions of newly launched products (NPD) and core portfolio offerings
Be intimately familiar with the business strategy of FM&I and serve as an internal 'zealot' for its products
Develop relationships with key decision makers at both ecosystem customers (e.g., OEMs and engineering companies) as well as end-customers (e.g., fabs) and ensure strong alignment between both throughout product lifecycles (NPI ? EOL) and pre-NPI roadmap activities
Support Product Marketing and SBU leaders in generating new ideas for growth and formulating product marketing strategies that deliver compelling value to our customers
Support Product Management in ramping sales of newly launched products
What we seek: Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience with increasing responsibility
Minimum 5 years of business development or Sales experience
A track record of growing and converting a pipeline of new revenue-generating opportunities
Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry
International and domestic travel, up to 50% in a month
Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
Fluency in Mandarin, Korean and/or Japanese

Compensation: $200,000 - $260,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
