This leader operates effectively in a highly matrixed environment- providing market-facing leadership representing the Northwest perspective to enterprise partners, translating strategy into action, driving accountability to performance targets, and ensuring rigorous execution of sales and retention processes. They leverage data, insights, and market intelligence to inform decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and drive proactive account strategies that improve membership growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. This role sets clear expectations, develops talent, and fosters a results-driven, continuous improvement mindset. Experience with Lean methodologies, process optimization, and data-driven performance management is strongly preferred to advance operational excellence, reporting discipline, and end-to-end system effectiveness.
Job Summary:

Empowers innovation for utilizing resources, technology tools, and customer performance data (e.g., cost utilization, financial, clinical) to meet competitive revenue and growth targets. Oversees relationships with customers, consultants, brokers, and/or channel partners, ensuring that their overall needs are being met. Provides expert consultation to teams in developing recommendations to support health benefits strategy and offering. Represents the marketplace perspective to guide strategic direction and decision-making of senior leadership. Accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive the sustained growth and competitive position of KP in the market.
