Progyny is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Healthcare Compliance to oversee and manage our growing healthcare regulatory and compliance needs as we continue to grow. This role will ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations as well as all regulatory reporting requirements for the licenses we hold across multiple jurisdictions. It is key to be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key regulatory bodies. The Senior Director will also manage a small team and provide leadership to ensure our compliance program meets the highest standards.

What you'll do…

• Develop, implement, and oversee the healthcare compliance program to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and state licensing requirements. • Oversee a team to manage and maintain all healthcare related licenses, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with reporting requirements in each applicable state. About you…

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs within the insurance or healthcare industries, with expertise in state-specific regulations. In compliance with New York Citys Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $160,000 - $175,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
