Role Purpose
This role drives transformation of commercial capabilities through Salesforce-enabling standardized processes, advanced analytics, and scalable growth. The role operates at the intersection of business strategy, digital transformation, and operational execution, with enterprise-wide influence across regions and functions. As the global owner of the Salesforce platform as a critical commercial asset, the role is accountable for defining and delivering the CRM vision, strategy, and operating model across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise CRM Vision & Strategy
- Define and own the global Salesforce CRM strategy as part of the commercial excellence and digital transformation agenda
- Position Salesforce as a core revenue-generating platform, not just a system of record
- Own and update a multi-year roadmap aligned with growth, customer engagement, and go-to-market priorities to incorporate desired future capabilities
- Act as the executive sponsor for CRM transformation initiatives
Global Operating Model & Governance
- Design and implement the global CRM operating model, including governance, decision rights
- Drive prioritization and investment decisions
- Enforce standardized global processes while enabling controlled regional flexibility
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Product Ownership & Delivery Oversight
- Own the global Salesforce product portfolio and investment roadmap
- Oversee prioritization of initiatives, balancing global scale with regional needs
- Ensure high-quality delivery through strong partnership with GT and external vendors
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies and product-centric ways of working
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and communicate priorities to the Product Owners
- Review and accept features as complete, coordinating with the Product Owner for release readiness
Value Realization & Performance Management
- Define and track value realization metrics tied to CRM investments (e.g., revenue uplift, sales productivity, etc)
- Ensure Salesforce delivers measurable business outcomes, not just system enhancements
- Drive a performance culture through data transparency and actionable insights
Ecosystem & Integration
- Drive simplification and rationalization of the CRM ecosystem globally
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance commercial capabilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution
- Partner with senior commercial leaders (P&L, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to align CRM with strategic priorities
- Act as the primary escalation point for CRM-related business decisions globally
- Influence regional leadership to adopt standardized processes and drive behavioral change
- Partner with data and analytics teams to elevate CRM to a decision engine
Leadership
- Leads a team of salesforce product owners

Qualifications & Experience
- 12-15+ years of experience in CRM leadership, commercial excellence, sales operations, or digital transformation
- Proven track record of leading global CRM or Salesforce transformations at scale
- Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (multi-cloud and platform strategy experience preferred)
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed, multinational organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of end-to-end GTM processes
- Experience managing budgets and global teams

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$139,200.00 - $259,200.00The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
