We''re a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

We are looking for a Senior Director of Franchise Media to join the EA Growth Marketing Organization, reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to lead a modern media organization, transforming how we generate and capture demand through an integrated media system. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office at one of the posted locations.

Responsibilities

  • Advance EA''s media approach, delivering scalable and profitable Net Bookings growth
  • Partner with Publishing and Studio leadership on a performance-oriented investment strategy, aligning media targets to commercial and franchise objectives
  • Cultivate GTM and Live Service media strategies that leverage business models, product signals, live-service roadmaps, and audience intelligence to outpace the competition
  • Drive data and technology media roadmap to prioritize infrastructure required for media''s future capabilities
  • Lead a team of performance oriented and data-driven media experts, specializing in demand generation and demand capture media across all gaming platforms
  • Champion performance culture, building in experimentation and agility into media''s investment approach
  • Change agent for advertising partner roadmaps to better meet business demands

Requirements

  • 15+ years'' experience in brand and performance media, with a proven track record managing investment across PC, console, and mobile ecosystems
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated success managing wide spans of control and navigating complex, matrixed global organizations.
  • Experience managing large-scale AAA game media budgets.
  • In-depth understanding of Media Measurements and Media Ecosystems
  • Exceptional ownership, accountability, and a proven ability to build ways of working to solve complex business needs
  • BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$215,900 - $327,900 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
