You will play a leadership role in shaping how defined contribution solutions are delivered at scale bringing together consulting expertise, innovation, and operational excellence to support leading organizations.
This role combines senior defined contribution (DC) consulting expertise with national delivery leadership. You will lead complex client engagements while driving consistent, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of DC projects.
You will serve as both a trusted advisor to clients and a leader of delivery teams, ensuring strong outcomes, operational excellence, and scalable delivery.

Requirements include 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design, compliance, and administration. Deep knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), and applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRC, ERISA) is required. Proven experience leading large client relationships and delivery teams is necessary. Strong leadership across both consulting and operational environments is essential. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and collaborate across teams is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are needed. A bachelor's degree is required; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASPPA, CEBS) are a plus.
This role includes a combination of client leadership and delivery leadership responsibilities. Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and travel as needed is required. DC Project Delivery Team Leadership Focus will be approximately 50% of your time with client responsibilities making up the remainder of your time.
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $110,000 to $205,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
