Position Summary...
Sams Club is building enterprise personalization as a core growth capability and were looking for a senior leader to own the end-to-end personalization value chain: defining why and where personalization matters, translating member understanding into Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning, and institutionalizing measurement and learning. As the Senior Director of Enterprise Personalization Strategy & Decisioning, you will lead the centralized team accountable for enterprise personalization strategy, member signals and insights, NBA use cases and decision logic, and the guardrails that ensure personalization creates a strong member value exchange over time.

By integrating advanced analytics and stakeholder management, the team empowers decision-making that strengthens the organizations core membership base and advances Sams Clubs mission to create members for life.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

years'' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2: Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Information Technology or related field and 5 years'' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3: 9 years'' experience in an analytics or related
field.
3 years'' supervisory experience.
