Job Summary The role of Corporate Development is to enhance the Company strategies to grow the business by identifying external opportunities such as businesses, assets, partnerships and structuring solutions that accelerate growth, efficiency and capabilities of our System. The role is a key contributor to the Corporate Development mission.Responsibilities Scout, identify and analyze potential opportunities and report on scouting for external opportunities.Assist in continuously updating the M&A tracker and related analysis.Create valuation models using internal and external data to support the development of a business case for transaction or partnership opportunities.Perform financial analyses to explore strategic options and support decision‑making.Partner with functional experts to ensure all relevant information is used in developing a business case and executing a transaction or partnership.Lead and coordinate the due diligence process, managing third‑party providers to validate business case items and identify risks.Analyze key due diligence findings, evaluate risk implications, and develop mitigation plans in partnership with internal stakeholders.Develop strategies for negotiations, make recommendations to keep transaction parameters within defined risk thresholds, and ensure compliance with legal, tax, regulatory and communications processes.Maintain comprehensive documentation of all transactions and approvals for future reference and audit purposes.Communicate and manage external and internal stakeholders throughout the deal process.Prepare senior management and Board presentations, and lead key reporting work to decision makers.Qualifications Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree or professional certification; postgraduate education preferred.Skills Analytics Software, Business Risks, Communication, Competitor Analysis, Corporate Storytelling, Customer Insights, Data Mining, Executive Relationships, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Influencing, Key Performance Indicators, Long‑Term Planning, Microsoft Office, Professional Presentation, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Thinking, Syndicated Research, Tactical Planning, Waterfall Model.Compensation & Benefits Base pay: 195,500 USD – 226,800 USD (United States).Annual incentive reference value: 30% of market‑based competitive value.Full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (dependent on the position).Location & Travel United States – Atlanta.Travel required: 26% – 50%.Relocation provided: Yes.Equal Opportunity Employment The Coca‑Cola Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, or basis of disability or any other protected class.#J-18808-Ljbffr
